Took over the channel and grew it from 3,000 to 26,600 followers in 8 months, without ads. 3.7M+ views and 135 videos, with fixed faces, meme remakes and an XXL product as a prop.

You want to be the partner who carries the load backstage. We'd show that where Germany's founders scroll every day: organic TikToks and Reels with real Finom customers, from the street, from your events and from pop culture. And we know the feeling first hand, because Promoplug banks with Finom.
Your reach today runs mostly through ads, and you have a strong paid team behind it. Paid works best on videos that already run organically. That's the fuel we'd add.

Nur ein Konto als Selbstständiger? (“Only one account when you're self-employed?”, 20,510 saves), a 17-year-old who founded a cleaning company (496,616 views). None of it is an ad.“How to get energy, dude?” is a beautiful piece of work, and as an ad it delivered: 930,149 views at a good CPM. Then the audience moved on. 464 likes and 26 comments make 0.53 likes and comments per 1,000 views.
Your own 9-second meme gets 75 times more likes and comments per view than the film.
Likes and comments per 1,000 views. YouTube shows no shares, so we left shares out everywhere. Film and Reel live on different platforms, both are yours. Our 5,207 videos come from music, festivals and lifestyle brands, none of them from finance.
At one digital competitor 66 of 78 recent TikToks are ads, with 99.9% of the views paid. The category buys its reach. The founders' own conversation about letters, invoices and the tax office runs organically, and hardly any bank takes part in it.
Running your own company means carrying the ring yourself: invoices, tax letters, the first hire, the Friday night spent on paperwork. Germany talks about exactly this on TikTok every day, from the 17-year-old founder to the entrepreneur with 35 years in business. Almost every finance brand reaches these people through ads, and hardly anyone takes part in the conversation. Finom can, with its own customers on camera and a story that's already yours: the one who's got your back.
More founders. More Sams. More Finom.
Every video opens with a moment from founder life: the letter, the late invoice, the first employee. Finom enters as the one who sorts it out. Your best Reels already work this way.
Proof: “Entrepreneurs do not know ‘calm’” earned 13,411 likes with no product in the picture.
Real founders and real Finom customers in front of the camera: on the street, in their shop, at your events. Creators from our network fill in when a face is needed.
Proof: Street interviews reach 19,694 views in the median across 224 of our videos, and 21.7% of them pass 100,000.
We post every day and watch what flies. The winners go to your paid team as Spark Ads, and in Package L we steer that together. So every euro goes behind a video people already chose.
Proof: At an award event our interviews sit at 2,159 views in the median, the best one at 328,100. That gap is why you only boost winners.
On TikTok a target group is a bubble, each with its own codes, places and memes. Today Finom reaches mostly the startup and money bubble, the smallest on our map, and largely through ads. Right next to it sit the Kiez (Berlin's neighborhood streets), the beer garden and the trend crowd: Späti owners (Berlin's late-night corner shops), innkeepers and people who share a good founder meme.

Four times a week something quick about the daily madness of running a company: sidekick slideshows and the trends of the week. Finom is the sender, the product stays out of the picture. Exactly what your best Reels already are.
What it brings Finom: reach far beyond the startup bubble, and followers who come back for the next one.
Every week real people: street interviews in the Kiez and portraits of Finom customers, young and old. At your events we shoot ten in a day.
What it brings Finom: your own customers as faces, and the businesses without a CFO right in the picture.
Once a month a 7 to 10 day sprint on one bureaucracy topic, with one big moment people talk about. Then Finom shows how it's done in the app.
What it brings Finom: the video people forward to their business partner, and the theme your ads already play, now with an audience that comments.
Wer hält dir den Rücken frei?
(“Who's got your back?”)
Our people formats end with the same question, and the answer shows up as text in the picture: the co-founder, the mum, the tax advisor, and for the money side, Finom. It's the backstage idea from our call in one German everyday phrase that a 23-year-old founder and a 55-year-old master baker both use. On the street it's the question itself, in the portraits the founder's own Sam steps into the picture, and the slideshows hand it to the community: Wer ist dein Sam?
(“Who's your Sam?”). The answers in the comments become our casting list. Your Finom Awards already have a category for exactly this person: Entscheidende Unterstützung
(“Decisive support”).
Why the answer goes in the picture: The strongest creator video about Finom asks a question without the answer on screen, and none of the first 40 comments names Finom. They recommend other software. So the answer always appears in the picture.
A slideshow series about famous duos: the hero carries the story, the sidekick carries the hero. Frodo and Sam, Harry and Hermione, the duo from the show everyone is watching this month. Drawn as our own illustrations or set as pure text slides, no film stills. Finom is the sender, with no logo and no product on the slides, just like your best Reel. The last slide hands the question to the community: Wer ist dein Sam?
(“Who's your Sam?”). The answers are people, and they become the casting list for our founder portraits.
Frodo hätte es ohne Sam nie geschafft. Wer ist dein Sam?(“Frodo would never have made it without Sam. Who's your Sam?”)Hook BAn illustrated hobbit drags a giant binder up a mountain of invoices:POV: Du bist Frodo und die Steuererklärung ist Mordor.(“POV: You're Frodo and your tax return is Mordor.”)Proof: Slideshows reach 12,100 views in the median across 29 of our videos and 1.40 comments per 1,000 views. Our house median is 0.87.
What it brings Finom: your new story in a format people save and send to their co-founder, and a comment section full of real Sams.
Every week we pull the formats that are running right now from our trend update and trend collection and translate them to Finom. Text on screen with original sound or creator sounds, label music stays out. On the list right now:
Veränderung war nötig. (“Change was necessary.”)Ich bin doch nur eine kleine Gründerin. (“I'm just a little founder.”)Ich bin doch nur eine kleine Gründerin.(“I'm just a little founder.”)Hook BSplit screen wipes from paper chaos to a clean phone screen:Veränderung war nötig.(“Change was necessary.”)Proof: Trends without a foreign sound reach 9,902 views in the median across 80 of our videos and the highest share rate of all our content types with a median above 5,000 views (0.286%). All three trends on our list run on text and voice, so no label music is needed.
What it brings Finom: presence on the For You page several times a week, with trends that are a week old.
Mic on the street in Berlin: Späti, barber, snack bar, bakery. First a question from everyday life, then the one that matters: who's got your back? Shop owners, freelancers, passers-by. The answer always appears as text in the picture, and Finom only comes up when a real customer says it.
Eigener Laden, kein Chef. Wer hält dir eigentlich den Rücken frei?(“Your own shop, no boss. Who's actually got your back?”)Hook BA barber stops the clippers mid-cut and turns to the camera:Wie viele Stunden Papierkram pro Woche?(“How many hours of paperwork a week?”)Proof: Street interviews are our second-strongest content type: 19,694 views in the median across 224 videos, and 21.7% of them pass 100,000. Only trashy content does better.
What it brings Finom: real faces, real customers and the businesses Finom is built for, the ones without a CFO.
Short portraits of real Finom customers, young and old: the 23-year-old with an agency, the baker in the third generation, the craftsman with decades in business. Shot in their shop, cut in news-story look with a surprising fact on top and the business behind it below. Every portrait ends with the founder's own Sam stepping into the picture. At your events, from the Finom Conf to the bigger show in 2027, we shoot ten in a day and cut a month of stories from them.
Dahinter steckt ein Familienbetrieb in dritter Generation.(“Behind it is a family business in its third generation.”)Hook BHer husband walks into the bakery at 3 am and fires up the ovens, she looks over at him:Ohne ihn gäbe es diese Bäckerei nicht.(“Without him, this bakery wouldn't exist.”)Proof: A portrait of a 17-year-old founder reached 496,616 views, the news-story trend about a family business 618,064 views at a 2.5% share rate. Story and documentary content: 10,200 views in the median across 37 of our videos.
What it brings Finom: work with your own customers, as you planned, and both halves of your audience, the young founder and the 55-year-old, in one format.
Once in the pilot we throw a funeral for a fax machine, and it's a party. Founders send in their old fax, and a cheerful procession in New Orleans style carries it through Berlin Mitte: brass band, dancing founders, a eulogy full of jokes by its owner. One shoot day gives the sprint its clips: the procession, the eulogy, reactions on the street, the very last beep. Then the founder opens the app, and the paperwork goes where it belongs.
Ruhe in Frieden, Faxgerät.(“Rest in peace, fax machine.”)Hook BPallbearers carry the coffin across Alexanderplatz, passers-by pull out their phones:Heute beerdigen wir ein Faxgerät.(“Today we're burying a fax machine.”)Proof: Bureaucracy frustration is the biggest organic theme of the audience: a letter from the authorities as storytime reached 992,882 views and 17,401 shares. Our stunt for Mary Jane Berlin brought 6M+ views with 6 videos.
What it brings Finom: one shoot day, a story people send on with “you have to see this”, and the next chapter of the fax story you started in 2025.
Before this page, every format went through our model panel (one model as critic, one as strategist) and through our persona test across 34 bubbles, each format in several versions.
Persona test, stop and resonance across 34 personas: 47/36 for the party procession, 39/29 for the original, 37/26 for the sad version.
Wer ist dein Sam? (“Who's your Sam?”)“Too promotional”: 24 of 34 with Finom on the slides, 0 and 1 of 34 without.
Wer hält dir eigentlich den Rücken frei? (“Who's actually got your back?”) reached the Kiez personas first, from the Späti crowd at Mehringdamm to Berlin's nightlife. The innkeeper trying the app at his own pace reached the beer garden personas, and he did best when we filmed him with respect. One channel can hold both worlds, as long as each format knows whom it's for.Street interview: Mehringdamm Moritz 54/45, Berlin Endboss 54/55. Innkeeper: Wirtshaus Waldi & Biergarten Bea 73/69, dialect-joke version 70/64.
Persona scores show who a format speaks to. Reach is measured on the channel.

Promoplug is a Gen Z agency from Berlin, founded in 2023 by Julius Lutz, who built 100,000 followers as a TikToker himself.
We started in music, with releases for Sony, Universal and Warner. Today 70% of our work is for brands and 30% for music, and we run always-on channels from the idea to the reporting.
And we are founders ourselves. Promoplug GmbH banks with Finom, and Julius' own POV as a young founder and boss reached 581,900 views on @deinpromoplug.
